The Africa-China Centre for Policy and Advisory (ACCPA) is proud to announce the official launch of the Sino-Africa Green Finance Alliance (SAGFA) Fellowship, a six-week virtual training program designed to equip Africa’s emerging changemakers with the knowledge and tools to drive climate-resilient development and green finance initiatives across the continent.
This timely initiative is supported by the African Climate Foundation (ACF), as part of its broader commitment to strengthening African leadership and agency in global climate action.
The SAGFA Fellowship is open to policymakers, researchers, development practitioners, and industry professionals passionate about green finance, sustainable development, and Africa-China cooperation. Participants will engage in high-level expert sessions, peer learning, and network-building activities with thought leaders from Africa, China, and beyond.
“This Fellowship represents a bold step in building the human capital necessary for Africa’s green transformation,” said Paul Frimpong, Executive Director of ACCPA. “Through SAGFA, we are investing in a new generation of African leaders who will not only shape policy but also drive meaningful climate action rooted in African realities and partnerships like that of Africa and China.”
