Dr. Rosemary Mnongya
Dr. Rosemary Mnongya is a Lecturer in the Department of Business Studies, School of Earth Sciences, Real Estate, Business and Informatics at Ardhi University in Tanzania since 2022.
She is a member of the Business Department of Research, Publication and Consultancy Committee, Staff Review, Promotion and Administration Committee, and Independent Internal Examiner.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from St. Augustine University of Tanzania, a Master of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Nairobi in Kenya, and a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from the Capital University of Economics and Business in Beijing – China on Firm Growth of Industrial clusters in Tanzania.
Her research interests are broadly in Industrial Economics, Environmental, and Energy Economics, Impact Evaluation, and the Economics of Gender.
Teaching experience in Economic Policy, Planning, and Programming; Research Methods and Computer Applications; Microeconomics and Macroeconomics; and Natural resource and Environmental Economics courses.
Dr. Mnongya is a member of the Economic Society of Tanzania.
